By contacting AZIATKAZ, whether via email, phone, social media, or any other means, the Client automatically agrees to these Terms of Service. If the Client does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must refrain from engaging with AZIATKAZ or using its services.
3. Delivery Process and Responsibility
AZIATKAZ outsources the delivery of vehicles to third-party logistics companies. While we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your vehicle, AZIATKAZ does not bear full responsibility for any damages, delays, or incidents that may occur during transit. However, as a company committed to its reputation, AZIATKAZ will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the vehicle is delivered safely, whether by land or air transportation.
The Client is responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report issues within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the vehicle in its delivered condition.
4. Vehicle Information and Transparency
AZIATKAZ is committed to providing complete transparency regarding the vehicles we offer. Clients may request detailed information about any vehicle, including but not limited to:
- High-resolution photos and videos
- Vehicle history and documentation
- Legal papers and certifications
- Technical specifications and condition reports
All requested information will be provided in a timely manner to assist the Client in making an informed decision.
5. Client Support and Availability

6. Price Negotiation
AZIATKAZ understands that purchasing a luxury vehicle is a significant investment. Clients may request price negotiations, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests within reasonable limits. However, all final prices are subject to market conditions, availability, and other factors.
7. No Refund or Return Policy
All sales through AZIATKAZ are final. Once a vehicle has been purchased and the transaction is completed, there is no refund or return policy. AZIATKAZ takes pride in the quality of its vehicles and services, and we are confident that our Clients will be satisfied with their purchase.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Korea.
